How do I grow a marijuana bonsai from scratch

Hello everybody.
I am a new member her at 420. I am a keen gardener and was wondering how to go about starting a bonsai weed plant. I do not wish to grow it for the purpose of cloning but purely for its Aesthetic value.
For starters, what would be the best strain to use for the purpose of a bonsai?

First time ever joining a forum too.
That is the idea yes. I would like to grow it outdoors. I will put it on the north facing side of the house (I live in the southern hemisphere). Its protected from the elements and all my plants do well here.

Well to answer your question there is a way to make it look bonsai with a thick stem and everything over time. But you'll find out if things aren't done right it will be a huge plant. Not very decorative IMO. But your gonna wanna look into low stress training. Your gonna wanna top plant when it's young too. So that it has two main thick branch. From here you can trim it and it will remain busy and small depending on your light. Which you will need to some degree. You can have a mother plant for years. In a pot of soil.
