How am i doing?

I started growing this two weeks ago with a 150 watt light about 8 inches above the top of the plant. it is a hybrid plant

im using your average soil mix found at a local home/garden store

im growing this along with three other sprouting plants in a 9 square foot area

the temperature in the grow room is a rough 80 dagrees. recomendations are welcomed
