Lot of trichs on the leaves so I wasn’t sure how much to trim. I hung the plant then did a dry trim after 12 days. Racked them for a couple days at 47%rh. Now they are in jars, hygrometers reading 53% in every jar.

Perfect RH%. Just put on some rubber gloves and roll the buds around and the sugar leaves will trim away. You can make tincture with the sugar leaves if you want. Depends on how much you have.

No. Don’t go crazy. Just make it look decent. Only commercial growers take them almost all off. I do a combination of wet and dry trimming. Most comes off during the wet trim and during the dry trim sometimes I just put on a pair of vinyl gloves and roll the buds gently to break off the tips of the remaining leaves. I must stress GENTLY because you could break off the trichomes, which you don’t want to do. As long as it’s not super dry, this works great for me.

Do they shrink much during the curing? I’m going to keep them in jars for a month or more. Hygrometers are holding at 51%rh now for two weeks
