i grow 2 female green spirit , the closet is 1,80-65-45 and now the lamp is on the top ther no space to move her up.
the problem is thet the top of the plants is touch the lamp.
what to do they grow very fast 1,20 centimeter

Are they on a 18/6 light cycle? you might need to top them for clones? what type of lighting is being used?

I would tie them down away from the light. They will probably stretch a bit more for another week or two.

iteing them down is the best option. you can also transplant to a wider and shorter pot.
