Im Mark from UK.
Been growing my own meds for a while now.
I'm in my early 60s and suffer with bad Arthritis.
I've recently set up this grow in my airing cupboard. Since this pic was taken, I've also added a small unit for cuttings.
This setup isnt ideal but I'm extremely limited for space.
I don't grow to get massively high so I'm not after super strength or massive plants. Rather, I try to maintain a steady supply of meds.

I have 2 types of arthritis that are terribly painful.
One is Psoriatic the other is Degenerative Bone disease meaning it's in the bones themself.
No cure for either one. I feel your pain brother. They get worse as I age.
