Think iv done a wrong en there, last night I put in some feed, advanced meta boost, but was going to change the feed to the canna bio vega , I’m intending to transplant into 2 gallon fabric pots tonight, but think I need to address the wrong dirt , going to attach pics , hopefully they help, if iv done what I’m thinking iv done with the soil mix, will they survive ? Haven't used that soil myself but it should be fine. My first thought is it's hungry. The cotyledons have been totally depleted and now it's pulling nutrients from the first fan leaves. Up pot and feed. As @copperrein mentioned too make sure the pH of your feed is correct so the plant can access the nutrients. Nice little plant :thumb:

Hiya vetsmoke, and yeah iv planted in soil mix instead of soil, the proper stuff will be here tomorrow so I’m just hoping they can get through this little oopsy lol

Welcome @Kaldean

I open up your thread and got pulled away, but @copperrein and @VetSmoke85 took good care of you.

If you want to make it easier to get answers when you have issues start a grow journal and we can follow along with you.

And, after you have 50 post you can win free grow stuff in our contest.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,

Tok.. :bong:

Nothing that can't be fixed. You've come to the right place.

Hi, and no, not yet, still waiting for the tester, iv just started growing without any thought, should of made sure I had all the necessary essentials before hand, just hoping they survive until tomorrow so I can put em in proper soil
I'm a bit confused: you have them in canna bio terra plus soil mix now or no? That soil doesn't look bad, to be honest.

Hi.

I just looked at the specs on your soil mix.
It is comprised of white moss, coco and an extended liming agent.
If your water isn't horrid you shouldn't need to pH your nutes. If it falls below 5 or above 8 after adding your nutes you may have to pH your mix, otherwise your soil mix should do the work for you.
It was made to be run with organic inputs like their biocanna nute line.

This is the bag you're using , right?

It also says that it feeds for a few weeks. If this is indeed the soil mix you are using , you probably just need to transplant and feed. She looks either hungry or possibly a tad overwatered. I'd go with hungry.
That soil mix isn't supposed to be run completely dry nor is it meant to be constantly wet.

Yeah that’s what I’m using virgin ground, but on the description it’s saying it’s a mix for soil, I’m confused lol

It's a soiless mix since it's white moss, bark and coco.
Lots of companies are moving towards using coco and white moss in their soiless mixes instead of sphagnum peat moss due to the environmental impact of harvesting the SPM.
The UK is on the forefront of making these changes right now.

Right, I’m thinking it’s a mixture to go with the canna soil, Iv ordered canna soil, but now I’m thinking iv ordered what iv already got really doing well here in i lol, I will add pics of what I ordered, do you suggest that I cancel what iv ordered and transplant now, or wait till after my lights go off, and I have a 5 litre or a 9 litre fabric pot, do I go in the smaller one first and then transplant again or straight in the bigger one ? And I think I’m going to need bigger still ain’t I, proper rookie here in i lol, and thanks for your help

I'd pick one or the other.
It's a medium meant to be used on its own. I didn't see anywhere that you should mix it with soil. Did you see that stated somewhere. Perhaps I missed it?
Nothing wrong with what you already have.
I would transplant and then follow their feeding pdf. The amounts may be different than the soil pdf so make sure you have the correct one.

Yeah your right, where I see the word mix , and then on the other bag soil, I’m thinking iv done a wrong en, I just need to transplant then, I did ask a few questions when I edited the other post, I will add them here, sorry to be a pain lol I have a 5 litre or a 9 litre fabric pot, do I go in the smaller one first and then transplant again or straight in the bigger one ? First off... you're not a pain. Not at all.

With photoperiod plants you usually transplant a few times. Pot size depends upon how big you want your plant to get along with other variables to consider.

What's your grow space like? The size of the grow space and clearance to the light will be a factor in your final decision. There are training methods that will improve your harvest weights and keep the plant shorter so it doesn't outgrow the space.

Ok, and I have a tiny grow tent, 80x80x160, tbh I just want to complete the whole process, to see if I could grow it, if I do then I plan to expand, didn’t want to invest to heavy and throw it in the bin lol

Nothing wrong with starting out small.

So in US measurements that's a 31"x31"x5'2" tent.
I wouldn't use anything over a 3 gallon (11 ltr approx) for that space. You can train the plant so the canopy will fill the entire space.

How many actual watts and what type of light will you be using?
Please don't post links unless it is a 420 mag sponsored led grow light. Just simply state the type and wattage. We have some rules that we need to follow about posting led lights.

Yeah that’s the size , and I think, like you suggested and I also red someone’s feed on here that working your way up the pots is better for the root system, so that’s the way I’m going to go. And I’m using the vipar spectra 600w, and glad you told me about the link thing. Hope I didn’t do wrong with the soil and feed pics ‍♂️ I need to read the rules
