Light burn /heat Burn /How to recover it ?

Hi guys


Could this be happen because of heat because last light i fixed the light little closer.please guide me how can i go through this problem .how many days will it take to recover it .should i peal off all the infected leaves.what can i do to recover this plant.any help will be Thankful

It's going to take care of itself. I've had cfl burn my babies due to my impromptu setup a few times. The leaves will try to survive but will likely die. If it gets too hideous you can pluck them whenever. But they still have some use yet, I'd wait until new growth has gotten bigger as to not delay/hamper photosynthesis any further. Hope that helps...
