Light is to close.
Being a HPS 600 watt? or 1000/400.
Back it of some i would say.
Get something under the pot its cold on the floor.
They looked ok at one point praying.
I assume after a while under the HPS its getting tosty and hot.

Do you have a fan blowing on the young ladies, if not you should, helps build strong stems, IMHO!

Air movement is goodd and will defo help.
Dont point it directly at the seedlings at this point.
A small usb fan is ideal.
And with mine its a yes all the time.
I vent in and out after week one.
And have a usb high above them or close enough
to get alittle movement from the seedlings.

Indeed back off, a lot.. seedlings need very little light intensity to do well, not a strong bulb blaring over them, that will only fry them, so let them recover
Mist them well just before the light goes out as they are three tiny things in a big tent, don't think it will be very humid like this.
And indeed no fan yet that's straight at them.
Once they are a bit of plant you can throw light and nutes and some wind at them, but for now they need very little to do well

Is that plant a full write off or do you think it will be okay ?

Oh never write off this early.. it's weed.. I've had a friend who took home two plants who somebody else had pulled out the ground cracked them over his knee and threw them on the compost.. he taped them up, planted them and flowered them.
If you see her pushing out new green soon she'll be ok

Back of light of keep the R/H high. (60s-70s)
And they will be fine.
Only one looks like it had real issue with the light.
And keep the temps down 22-29 and most strains your be fine.

If you have a smartphone I'd advise getting an App to measure the light..
PPFD Meter on Android or Photone on IOS maybe that's on Android as well.
So you can check what's reaching the canopy of your plants or buds, that way you can adjust height accordingly
Between 100-300 par for seedlings starting at the lower end and increasing as they age.
vegging in the 300 to 600 range and blooming aim between 800-900, 1000 can often turn out a bit stressy.

Thanks soo much mate

which App do you have? you need to read the instructions, for Photone you need to hold a diffuser in front of the cam.. a piece of printer paper of 80gr/sqm density.. I know precise but well, so you need to source that (a lot of printer paper is). .. might need to check if the other app requires something similar.
Photone really good app mate yeah done the paper and with lights 30 inches away got 200 Ppfd

Great, them bulbs put out a lot of energy you can easily fry plants with them so keep the distance, now you can just leave it as the plants will grow into the light, once you put the pots you can use it to put it to the best distance again.. and aim for middle ground, not the pushy side of the range of numbers unless everything is perfect and you have control over everything pushing things is just stressful and can backfire.
