I've wanted to have a go at growing for years & 2 experienced friends have just advised & helped in setting up my first grow box. They'll be giving me 12 blue cheese babies from the mum in the next week or so. Jorge Cevantes book is pressed to my face all evening every evening when I get in from work. Will be doing 6 weeks of 18/6 & then the remainder 12/12... any advice/tips would be much appreciated & humbly received. I'm thrilled to be starting my journey with such a knowledgeable experienced fun community. Thank you 
...You've come to a great place with a great bunch of people. I know what you mean about the Cervantes book. I have been through it backwards and forwards. I go to it a lot when I have issues with my plants or just to avoid having issues. I think the best thing you could do is read some of the journals on here if you haven't already. But the people here are always great with giving suggestions/advice.
for the lovely welcome. Yes, I'm using organic soil & all organic nutes... still working out the details of my plan... & yes, I've just got myself an A5 page-a-day diary to use as my journal. I will start looking out some of the journals on here too. Thanks for the advice. Pictures, & lots of questions I'm sure, to follow!
