I have a question can you do clones when your lights are in bloom stage 12/12 or do they have to be in veg stage? 18/6?

Also how Come my resivoir pH keeps climbing from 6.0 to 6.3 - 6.6?
I don't have a EC pen yet so I cant tell what nutes to add to adjust it, and I'm guessing pH down ain't the best way to keeping adding right?

What are the best watering times while in bloom stage 15mins on every 2hrs?

To be sure, take cuts while in veg. You can still take cuttings at the start of bloom, but by the end of the first few weeks of flower the plant is not trying to achieve significant root growth. This means that growth hormones are no longer available after a point.
You have to reveg those clones.
The later you cut, the longer til the cutting will take root.

Yes. Proceed as per normal. You might see some odd leaf growth initially, like a few single-fingered leaves (and end up with a bushy plant), but that's nothing to worry about.
