I'm new to growing cannabis. I just started my first grow. The type of seed I chose was fat Mazzy from homegrown cannabis company. I'm always open for comments or suggestions. Like I said I'm new to this and can use all the help I can get. I never realized cannabis was so difficult to grow and so picky.
Have a successful grow everyone!

I'm using Fox farms Happy frog soil and I'm not using any nuts yet, from everything I understand you should wait two to four weeks depending on your plants before you start to use nuts.
FF Happy Frog will do a month usually.
I'd start feeding around then.
Mabey a little before that to prevent a deficiency.

make sure you have nutes on hand. you'll just need the basic pack and some cal-mag. fancier stuff can wait for other grows.

I had two successful grows in the past year, one was indoors and I battled all the way to the end. The other was outdoors in a very humid hot environment and other than bugs and some fungus issues the plants turned out well. The one thing I found interesting was the outdoor grow was dealing with mother nature and the plants were getting rained on sometimes all day but I never had issues with overwatering, also the temperatures were above 90 for days and had little effect on the plants. Have fun growing.

What were your yields like @Buckets420?

What were your yields like
Outdoor produce over a pound with 4 plants. Indoor was over a pound with 8 plants. I recently built a new grow room and currently have 4 plants growing. Orange push pop from crop king. I will be honest with you I really don't spend to much time weighing my return, I basically fill a 7 gallon curing bucket with buds to cure and I know from working in cultivation that a 5 gallon cure bucket loaded with buds is over a pound. I am not the most disciplined grower but The stuff I grow rocks better than anything bought a dispensary.

Do you do any low stress training or pruning or any other method or do you just let them grow?
I'm partial to Quadlining. Link in my sig.

It's super simple and very effective. Essentially, one topping and then LST the four remaining branches out to the pot edges, let them go vertical and flip according to the height you have available.
