Help!

hi everyone, its just not my day, my power went out due to the winds RIGHT WHEN I PUT THEM INTO MY 5th WEEK OF FLOWERING! the electricity dident come on till 6 am and i turned off lights at 12 am, then, i went to check them this morning and my plant grew so much from it that some of the leaves were touching the bulbs and i have a couple of scorched leaves on my 5 point leaves with buds growing, anyway my question is, how f***** am i at this point?, or am i just over- reacting?, im a first time grower btw thanks for any and all help!

OK, you are in the 5th week of flowering? 12/12
What type of lights? Raise them up if they scorched them.
Just need to get em back on the same cycle you had them on. They are pretty resilient.

lights are 2 regular house lightbulbs and 2 energy saver bulbs, all for in desk lamps clipped on side of pot
