Hey I live in a legal state with a medical card just trying to to figure the issue is it mites is it tobacco virus is it fungal is it deficiency ever time I ask the plant apps it says something different
Looks like it might be leaf rust. Try Neem Oil - it's a broad-based insecticide and fungicide. Pretty innocuous stuff - organic farmers like it, and it works.
