I'm a new grow and my leaves dont look right I thought I had mints so I've cleaned them with neem oil and I wash them a few days later with mightyX but new leaves keep getting these spots any help would be appreciated

Ok its king tut I'm growing in dirt it in veg stage because I scare to switch it because of the problem they are 2 months old
