Your soil looks very moist. I think you may be over watering. Let her dry out for a few days. Pick up the pot now and feel the weight. Don't water again till the pot feels lighter.
It looks like it could use a bit more light. Your soil also could be sub-standard, which relates to supergroomer's point. It doesn't seem to have any perlite or similar material to help with drainage.
Edit- oh I do see a little... Still, it looks pretty dense from where I'm sitting.
Edit- I see we all kind of posted the same answers at around the same time. This is good- a much better situation than if we all posted different answers at the same time, as often happens.
Reader's Digest ver. More light, less water. Look through the FAQ, it won't be hard to find Emilya writing about watering. Take note of her advice on the subject.
Approximately 1/3 of my soil mixture is perlite. I water till it drains out the bottom then I don't water again until dry. With the amount of perlite I use, it is usually around 3 days or so between waterings.
I seem to have the same problem as you with over watering (mine is probably a lil worse) check out the second post by Emilya here, she explains in full detail how to properly water. Don't forgot to thank her!
