Help with transplanting please

I have plants in flower mode in 3 gallon pots after i find out sex i want to transplant into 5 gallon pots to finish off.
please let me know if this is a good idea or not.

Transplanting should be done before you switch to flower then vegged a couple weeks or more to allow root growth which then allows bigger yields.

I dont see buds in the pic so how long has it been in 12/12? You could top it to make a clone then transplant put back under veg lighting til your clone roots then flower. Or flower the rooted clone to find out sex and veg the plant longer for a bigger plant.

Thanks for the reply. I guess i can start 6 clones and put into a tote on 12/12 to sex them. Switch the lighting back to 18/6 on the tent
I am not sure how much more i can veg these though under CFL.

you can veg them more just add more side lighting if your lights isn't sufficient
