Help With Seeds

Problem, I Burnt 4 Seeds. Over Fert. I Cant Get A Tester For 72 Hours. Payday, I Have 4 Lowriders That Just Popped From Rockwool. Will They Be Ok For 3 Days Without Nutes????????????

I don't give my babys any nut's for at least 2-3 weeks. I wait till they are about 2 inchs tall. I may be doing it different then others but it's working for me.

I Was Wondering If A 400 Watt Is To Mush Just Out Of Rockwool?

You should have pre treated your rockwool with nutrients when you pre soaked it to correct the PH. Here's how I do it...
I use a 1/4 strength flowering nutrient PH'd to about 5.4 and soak rockwool cubes for 12 to 24 hours. Then wring out the excess liquid with a quick downward shake. not too hard. just enough to keep it from dripping. Plant the germinated seeds and grow normally.

A 400 at about 2 foot is not too much as long as you can control the temps. A high powered floro would be better but we all use what we have.

Hey Racefan, Thanks, That Makes Sence. Next Time Ill Soak The R.w. I Over Did The Nutrients On Some Norhtern Light Seeds I Had. They Fried. I Finally Had Enough Cash To Get A Fert. Meter, And I Was Way Off .i Got 4 L.r. And 2 N.l Just Starting. Ever Done Hydo And Dirt In The Same Closet?
