Help with lighting

hey ppl,, im using a 125 watt blue spectrum,im told it has a very high output,per lumes,but as im new to growing i hav never used these lights b4,on my last i used hps,,i was thinking of adding more of the blue spectrum,the plants seem to be doing ok but im not 100% that why im here gettin advice from my buddies,,lol,, can anyone help,,

It's right for veg, save the HPS for flowering

i have another of the spectrum lights is like sunlight, i was told thats the one to use,,but more ppl are sayin wat you said hps,,its just the guy in the headshop said use the daylight one for veg and the sunlight for flowering,,i think i will go with the hps.. has any one used the high spectrum lghts for flowering..
