Help with identifying deficiency or pests

So I have a lady that has been growing in a 1 gal pot w/ FFHF and was growing great with no slowing down in sight. I transplanted her into a 3 gal pot w/ FFOF. Around a 8 days after the transplant I started noticing leaves Turning yellow on the tips which eventually turned to brown spots which then took over the whole leaf ultimately killing the leaf. After my research I’m not sure if it’s a cal def, nite lockout or what! I’m Not thinking it’s a pest as only one plant has these issues. Thanks in advance for any help!

That is a very good point. FFOF is usually pretty solid for a while. Were they under the LED their whole life? I know with LED calmag is needed more. Have you PH tested your soil? Take some and mix it with water and PH test it if you have a meter. Maybe it is locked out? Just shooting from the hip to be totally honest

They’ve been under leds their whole life but I added a spider farmer led maybe 4 weeks ago maybe they’re just extra hungry? I don’t have a ph meter currently, one in the amazon bag now along with cal mag! I’m going to give a heavy watering/ borderline flush and see how see looks tomorrow!

I would hold off on flushing if you don't know the ph of your water. Keep them alive until you get the ph meter and then decide. Maybe just top water if you have to. Just my opinion. If you don't know ph more can be worse. My tap ph is too high
