Sometimes N deficiency looks like Nute burn so maybe because you haven't fed Nutes could be your problem

Single and treble leaves are signs of revegging. Either you have a light leak or you've interrupted the dark cycle. Most likely.
Make sure the flower area is completely sealed from light and tape over any lights on your equipment.
