Help: what's going on?

Yesterday one branch started to droop. And today most of the hard stalks turned to jello and tops bent over. Sun leaves are wilted and dead?
Ph is perfect. Ppm is 800- 900 I've ran ppm in veg up to 1200 and it was fine. Tank temp is good. I'm not using any reg nutes. Just terpinator and tiger bloom in tank. Could it be a mineral over load of some sort?
I'm at a loss on what to try? Oxygen in tank is good all air stone are pumping

I pulled the water in tank. Redone the ph, ppm, temp. I'm hoping its solved? Can it be saved? Will it flower still?

I'm not a hydro guy but that looks an awful lot like it's really thirsty. When things go soft and limp usually means it needs water.

I changed water. But the weird thing is that there are 2 plants in that tank. The other is doing fine. Healthy as can be? Things that make you go hmmmm? In the water change I lowered ppm, just in case. I'm relatively new to the bloom nutes. Terpinator etc. Its not a nute problem. I'm sure of. Time will tell.

Nope it's fine nice and healthy looking. But 1 plant thrives and 1 plant dies.... crazy... can't figure it out?
