Help! Weird looking plant

First time grow its an autoflower about 2 weeks old i have 7 other plants goimg with it that all look really health and good no problems but this one is scaring me its in soil no nutes just plain water any help would be appreciated

Are the other 7 plants the same strain? What type of soil are you using?

3 other ones are the same strain and they are fine 3 others are a different strain of autos And 1 is an unknown I'm using hydroponex soil ill take pics of the rest because they all look good

Pics under natural light help a great deal.

Looks like something is going on with the roots like maybe ph is off or the vegetation is surpassing the root development.

I was thinking root problems as well but was leaning more towards pH issues or just classic over-watering. They're in very big pots for that size of plant so it will be easier to over-water right now.
