Help wanted lighting tips

using 250 watt hps mini floering room is 27insx33.5ins heat is 89deg humid56% have tow fans 1 16" rotating fan aimed at celling & 1 6" still fan over plant wonder if I built a 4x4 room and left light 6" above top would this help lower temps or expand room to 5'x33" all feed back wanted

First if your growing in a confined space you need and exhaust and an intake fan to circulate air properly. 89 degrees isnt very bad, but its not very good either. 70-75 degrees F is the optimal conditions. I know several people who have ac units in their growrooms to control temperature.

Then heat wouldnt be such a problem for it could be dispersed throughout a bigger area. Sometimes you just cant control heat in small places.

I agree, you still need intake and exhaust, and if you go to a bigger room, the 250w won't do a lot of good without boxing in your grow spot and leaving the top open.
