Help some bugs attacking my plants

Idk what are those tiny bugs,its not root aphids it’s something else, the adults are
Those bugs on the picture, are adults and the babies are similar but they are smaller and white
Colour, impossible to show you on the picture, but they are fast both of them the adults and the babies, they causing those brown spots on the bottom of my stalks and the plant slowly die, any ideas how to fix my problem and whats the name of those bugs ?

Look, it's really hard to give a definitive answer without some better pics!
Do you happen to have a jewellers loupe or a camera magnifier, anything like that?
Would be alot easier if we could see some close ups

I defenetly have those but im dealing with a different bugs also, i dont think fungus gnat will be able to damage the plant that much and cause death, but maybe your right im gonna try to fixed with some powerful spraying or root dranch
