I've grow quite many times but never succeed and this plant is my best growth ever,Its a bag seed .My plant is about 2 months old from seed since 10/09/15. And 2 weeks ago i switch my plant to 12/12 and the growth start to stop for a while ,I thought it was normal before flowering. And after that the plant leaves start to curl in a bit and the roots are coming out of the bottom of my pot and the plant stop growing new leaves ,I'm scared that my baby will die so I transplant to a bigger pot. And now the bottom leaves are turning yellow and the new growth just remain worse . What is the problem to my plant I've been googling for weeks until I decide to ask for help .

I think its not over water because last week i got some pest disturbing around and I get it rid by letting the top of the soil dry before I water it again and I just put some organic fertz today which i use in vegging stage to prevent nitrogen lacking as I've no idea what to do I will buy the flower fertz tomorrow as im being busy for a while.

Looks over-watered to me, too.
What are you growing in (soil type and pot size)?

But it started for a while since before transplant

Its organic mix soil. The pot size is number 9 I just transplant from number 6 pot 3 days ago

And if its over-watered will it go back to the normal state like before ??

The problem could have started before you transplanted.
I'm not familiar with #9 pots. I use an organic soil mix (not plain potting soil) and do NOT add any fertilizer.
It should recover if it is a matter of over watering and you let it dry out thoroughly. If there is root rot, those roots may not recover, but the plant can grow new roots.

can we get an over all picture of the plant and pot please? if your using a phone to take the picture turn it counter clockwise 90 degrees so the pictures upload correctly. The bottom leaf look like the only one turning yellow which would not concern me. what does concern me is if it has been flowering for 2 weeks or more, it doesn't look like there are any white hairs in those pictures (no that I can see for sure any ways). as for the twisting of the leaves it may just be an over water problem. One rule of thumb for you though is to have all re-potting done before you flip the lights the less stress in flower the better.
