Help Plz!

Hey all,

Im new to this site BUT I really need some growing advice....
Im plannin on growing my own plants BUT i have a few questions that I need answered before I can get started.... Im growin in a portable hydroponics box (using oasis/ flora foam) The thing is I am 100% uncertain as to which lights to use High Pressure Sodium OR Metal Halide... Im also completly clueless when it comes to how often to water and what nurtients and amount of nutrients to use in the water.... Any help will be much appreciated!!!

I would recommend the HPS. As for the other questions, there are many answers. I think if you have a read the the grow faq's, you will get an idea of what options are best for you. OverGrow FAQ's - 420 Magazine

You can also check out the grow journals and see what others are doing, and draw from their experience.
