Hey welcome to :420:

I'm not really experienced enough to offer help but some of the veteran growers will be along at some point.

You really need to provide a bit more info for help.
Auto or photo?
What type of media are you growing in?
Are you feeding anything yet?
How often are you watering?

Try not to panic, she doesn't look too bad and she's not going to die, they are a weed and pretty resilient.

photoperiod plant , growing in normal soil , still didn't feed anything but my next watering will be with nutrients , watering using the thumb rule , putting my thumb 1 inch inside if it's dry i'm watering it

Do not use the thumb method. While that top few inches may be dry....the bottom of the pot can still be wet. The dry cycle in soil is just as important as the wet cycle.

I don't know how to link it but search for The proper way to water a potted plant by Emilya.

Read it all and follow her advice.
I wouldn't be surprised if your problem is just down to overwatering.
Overwatering is probably the most common mistake growers make.

You could create a link to the message thread the same way you can make a link to your grow journals.

I found a good way to tell is by the weight of the pot. You will start to know just by feeling if it’s dry if not. You want it to dry out nicely between watering. You will also start seeing A SLIGHT droop in the leaves which indicates it’s time to feed. When you do water it, give it a good watering. And then do it all again

I normally use the droop of the leaves to know it's time to water. But I would not suggest that method to a newer grower. In my opinion....lifting the pot is the best method.

It is the way gardeners have been growing plants in containers for forever. Really is more accurate than sticking your finger someplace it does not belong.

No i don't unfortunately , well it's just a simple soil i guess , it wasn't that expensive so i donno what else to say really , anyway i guess my problem is overwatering but i learned some new stuff thanks to this website

It looks like soil-less media to me. Like coco or spagnum peat moss. Usually packaged soils have some perlite for drainage and are a darker color.
Peat mixes and coco are generally a reddish color.

Do you remember any of the ingredients on the bag at all? I'm not sure which medium you are actually using.
