Looks like thrips but most pests are dealt with in similar ways. Chrysanthemum, Rosamarie, or neem oil. Mix 1-2 TBS oil with a TBS plant soap or dawn into a gallon of 6.0 PHed water. Focus spray on the under sides of leaves then the tops. Repeatedly shake the sprayer to keep it mixed while applying. Spray in the evening before the dark cycle and increase air flow with a fan. Repeat the application every 4 days until they are gone. Do two more treatments 4 days apart after the last signs of them. You may need to reduce lighting because the oil can amplify the light causing burns.
