Help, Plants Don't Look Good

I recently have seen that my plants have the yellow tip im guessing nitrogen toxicity or something and my bottom leaves look very bad also 2 of my plants are smaller than the others i need some help new grower its my first one

what's the medium you're growing in? what and how much are you feeding them?
