help! overdried hanging pot

Due to the powers that be, I could not jar/cure my weed soon enough. My hanging weed dried too much. Will putting lettuce in the jars with dried weed help rehydrate and help cure it, or curing is not possible now.
Thanks for any suggestions to save crop.

Use a couple fresh shade leaves in the jar

save a crop at this point?? no....but it can be salvaged,Your chance for a "proper"cure is over

you can do as marzbadrock has pointed out,put a fresh leaf or 2 in the jar,the bud will draw mositure,but keep an eye on it.

another thing i have done,put a little tinfoil on the top of the jar,poke some holes in it,place a orange peel on top,screw lid back on
over the next day or 2 the dryed herb will pull moisture from the orange peel,I dont use the same peel for more than 2 days.

downside(if you dont like citrus) weed tastes and smells like oranges.

Funny how I bash cvaults and boveda but a boveda pack will help bring some "cushion " back. It will add some humidity back to the herb. That is what they are best for.

I've done this many times before, and the best method is to put a piece of flower torilla inside the bag for a few days. Anything else will lend flavor and possibly contribute to rot or color change.
