Help on Lux

[The Germinator]

My 600 watt hps light is two feet away and I am getting high lux readings with two diff phone apps. I read you shouldn't go over 85,000 lux. I am in flower. Are the apps accurate? Should I move my light farther.? My temp is only 72-75. Confused.

I don't know everything. My opinion is just that. It's up to you to research the information offered by me or anyone else. It's not wise to act on the first opinion you get.

Germinator, I think you're pointing it directly at the light. Shouldn't you be pointing it at plant tops go get the reading? Just sayin that's how I thought it worked
