Whats the best watts i need for either 2 plants or 5

More is better.
How big is your space?
What is your budget?
How do you vent/circulate air?

Did you see my pics? Im just in a small closet in my room and need to know if where the fan is is ok. And i put 2 planta in flowering a week old from veg but i still got the other 3 in veg 18/6. Can u see my pics?

We can see your pictures.
So far, so good.
Fan looks OK for air circulation but not for heat and humidity extraction.
More light is a must to get any sort of yield.
We still need to know the size of your space...

Yep. Space will determine what style of light is best. At that point go for the most PAR that will fit in your budget. We old skoolers used to call it Lumens. The more PAR the better.

Good vibes!

Should i cut the leaves closest to the bottom because the start to shrivel and brown at tips when fully grown

I never cut a leaf that is yellowing... it is one of the few ways the plant has to talk to you. I just got a yellow leaf, right down at the bottom on all 4 of my plants, within a day of each other. I popped them out of the 3q containers they were in to look at the roots and sure enough, there was what they were complaining about... the roots had hit the bottom and the sides and were starting to wrap.

Now that I have transplanted everyone into 5 gal buckets, I am going to watch that little yellow leaf, and see if its starts healing itself, basically my plants all saying thank you.

Don't be offended by yellow leaves... treat them as the only communication method that your plant has to talk to you, and learn to read what they are saying. If you simply trim one off, not having solved the problem that caused it, you just moved the same problem response up the stalk to the next set of leaves.
