Help my plants!

Hey, first time post, not sure if this is the right place and i apologize if it isn't.

My plant is about 3 weeks old, came back from a two day vacation and the leaves started to curl up and have brown spots. What do?! Any help/comments would be appreciated.

Something 'funny' here, one has to suspect the soil, I'd recommend a flush 3x the volume of water to vol. of soil, but the plant looks so weak I'd doubt it would survive, the fact that it looks stretched ain't helping, the base is so skinny suggesting water rot and way to much red light...perhaps you over watered them before leaving for your holiday?
Should I be wrong in my assumptions then I can only assume it would be a disease, and likely to affect other plants in your grow room
