Help my grow with your ideas

I was thinking about a new grow setup. Tell me what you think? Two dwc grow kits in one tent. 8 plants - hgs white russian, but i only have one 250w hps light and some cfls. I got about 300$ or so to work with. Will 250 watt be good enough, should i do a sog grow. And oh yeh, i will have one more tent for the mothers. I will veg two mothers for cloning only.

Just curious.... What 2 strains are you planning on growing?

White Russian and the other I'm not sure what it is.
