It's just I'm feeding right light is right but the buds just look poorly compared to say 10 days ago, almost shriveled

Ok.. and you have changed nothing since ten days ago? I see the crisping leaves your talking about but the yellow lights make any leaf/plant diagnosis almost impossible.
