Help! Lights got switched off during a power out for about 4 hours during the night

Please help! Plant friends lights got switch off 4 hours before they were meant to for about 4 hours. My partner switched light back on 30 minutes before they were meant to go to bed and then turned them back off at their usual bedtime

Will this hurt them? What can I do to help them?

It’s all good no biggie, that being said consistency is beneficial. If you are manually controlling lights then a timer is growers best friend…
