I think they're boys. What do you think?
Trash with them? Or do I continue to grow them?

Too early to tell mate. You're looking for little white hairs called pistils for a female or sort of pointed bulbous sacs (pollen sacs) for males. These are solidly in the vegetative state right now.

If those are photoperiods (not autoflowers), then it will take a certain amount of dark hours every day for them to flower. That might not happen during the summer.
