HELP?! I had some reveg...

I added a 250W to my 150WHPS about two week ago. Now the tips of my buds are all starting really big singlet flower leaves and branching tiny bits. Umm..

I turned off the 250W.. I rechecked all the timers, checked for light leaks (recovered the window.. tiny tiny indirect sunlight leak), flushed the pot (in case it was nitrogen)... Anyone else think of anything that could do that?

My tops temps thou is about 78F at 40% RH. I can pull out the digital therm and check the tops of the plants. 75F is the ideal temp without CO2, no?
