I believe she is an auto. Both lights are 10 watts. Haven’t removed anything. It’s my husbands pride and joy he’s the grower.

Good job. Just let it grow. 
You need 30 watts minimum of quality LED lighting per square foot of grow space .
Your plant has had a lack of light its whole life ..
I would not expect much from This grow except Knowledge that you need allot better grow lights .

Until you get a stronger light there isn't going to be a huge improvement.
You can learn while she grows but don't expect much
You can still drop that light and put it closer together.
