How Do I keep my girls from getting so tall im in the flowering stage and ive moved the light as high as i can in my closet and shes almost reach the top of my 400 hps bulb with the reflector I havent used the FIM tech should i use this in order to keep my ladys from getting to the point where I gotta customize my closet lol...HELP!!!!

I had the same problem...I gently bent the main stem 90 degrees, this caused the branches on the bent stem to grow vertical. I bent the stem about 2 ft down. 3 weeks later the plant is doing fine.
