Help! All sorts of symptoms! White spots on new growth!

my plants are sick, it has had curling leaves, brown spots and some choppy leaves. i have been flowering for about 4 months and it had aphids before, i guess what my concern is that it could be leftover aphids or something much worst. Maybe a nute defiency of ph inbalance! i hope someone can help!

also new growth has white spots near the tip but not on the tip i couldnt take a pic cuz new growth is so small

Indoor or Outdoor? Indoor
Soil or Hydro? soil
If Soil... What is in your Mix? fox farm, mix with mikos, sporadically feed with black strap molasses.
If Soil... What Size Pot? 5 gallon pot
Size (Wattage) of Light? How Many? 2 lights one is 300 the other one is 600 both leds
Is it Air Cooled? yes never drops under 80 degrees

Any Pests? i used to have aphids or mites but they seem to be gone.

That looks good.
So after five months, I'm guessing the soil itself is getting depleted and you must be fertilizing pretty regularly? How often at how many PPM? What is the NPK off FF Grow Bigger?

Is it possible that after five months(!) of vegetative growth, your plant is severely rootbound?

Have you dug around in the soil to check for any pest larvae there?

Do those chewed-up-lookin' leaves look like necrosis (plant tissue death) or maybe somebody munchin' 'em?

Also, how about your water? Tap? RO? How many PPM? Are you supplementing with calcium and magnesium?
