Help! Advice on this particular grow space

Hello, this will be my first grow and I am trying to do it right.

I will being growing one plant in my closet for medicinal use at a time. I will be using traditional soil as my growing medium.

Stealth is of the utmost importance!

Fortunately I have run into some money so here are the items I have already purchased:

Lighting: tlm100-100w-led-grow-light

2 Mil Mylar

My main concern right now is ventilation/smell:

The closet is 3x3x9

I have all the diligence,time, money to do it right. I would prefer not to do too much construction to closet as it is a town-home. However, I can make exceptions if I can keep smell to a minimum.

If you can get above your closet cut a hole in the ceiling and exhaust through a carbon filter. If cutting open the ceiling is not an option, then buy some odor blocks like Ona and place them around your home. Smell generally doesn't become an issue (for me) until flowering/cutting/drying.
