My name is Dr. Richard Paul. I hold a Doctorate of Divinity, and am currently attending college to try to obtain a Juris Doctorate. I am also trying to become a renowned Marijuana Advocate Expert. I have done allot of homework regarding the ethics behind the marijuana prohibition, and have found the laws to be extremely biased towards the Oil Companies. To me, this is unethical, and needs to change. Please, I have a hunger to learn more about why the laws are designed the way they are, and also to help in anyway I can to STOP the prohibition of marijuana.
