Hello everyone! I figured I should start with a formal introduction. The past few weeks I have been reading more and more as my hopes of medicinal marijuana in Florida heighten, (will know in November!) And one forum that came up most in my search for information was this gem of a site! There is a wealth of information from knowledgeable members and it has been fantastic reading material for a noob in the growing realm! I have literally taken pages and pages of notes, come up with an entire plan and design as well as a full 40-50 item supply list. I cannot express my appreciation for what I have already learned. I understand you can only learn so much from reading, but I find it best to research everything I possibly can so I know how to take care of a problem when it comes along.

I'd love to give back by helping with hash but the front page of the concentrate sub forum still has posts from 2012 lol. Not so active from the looks. Dewaxed BHO is really the only thing I can confidently say I am good at and knowledgeable of. So I suppose if any of you have questions regarding ANY steps with that I will happily answer the best I can.

I plan on posting extensive guides on everything from distilling and purifying your butane before processing, Open blasting methods, purging and how to get different consistencies, single and double solvent dewaxing of oils etc... as soon as i get a new computer. (I'm on a phone currently and want to break things typing this)

I guess I should tell you a little about myself!

I am currently 21 years old, living in sunny Florida. Marijuana was a recreational thing with my friends a few years ago, but was diagnosed with chrons so now it helps with abdominal pain. I am currently on the road to becoming an Executive Protection Specialist, My final training course will be in Colorado and I am very excited. basically a fancy name for a bodyguard working in personal security details. I'm 6'7 and about 315, always been a large guy and naturally protective of friends and loved ones haha. Figured it was a good fit.

If Florida doesn't pass these laws in November I will be packing up and moving to Washington or Arizona. Growing cannabis has been on my.mind for a year or two now. But only recently have I truly begun soaking up all the knowledge I can. I just realized how medicated I am and how long I have probably dragged this on!

Just kidding about the guides and answering BHO questions. Just found that it isn't allowed in the rules post. I would go and edit that out of my post but as previously mentioned, its very difficult to scroll through a post while posting from a phone lol. My apologies.


That also explains to me why the concentrate section was so inactive.

Wow, thank you both for a VERY warm welcome!
I am certainly looking forward to my time spent hear. Just caught word yesterday that Governed Rick Scott signed the medicinal marijuana bill late Monday night for Florida. Hopefully I'll be able to grow in my home state after all!


And trichomes, will definitely check out your grow! I am INCREDIBLY interested in this method! I spent a couple hours reading through Light Addicts grow back towards the end of 2013. Man, that grow method is beautiful! He scuplted the living crap out of that thing. I am about to read the links in your signature. I'm excited to learn more about this!

I subbed to your grow, excited to see how that finishes up for you. I will definitely be doing my best to implement this method into my grow, hopefully with some practice it looks even a LITTLE bit like yours or LA's!
