Hello everyone

I registered here today and I want to take the opportunity to say hello to everyone. My motto is my username-take it easy. Everything changes and I do mean everything. So if all things pass there is no need to get all worked up over anything, both good things and bad things. There are always going to be things that come along that you'd like to change. All you can do in those cases is to do the best you can to try to make changes and then you have to move on. No need to get too upset or worried about them. Do the best you can and move on.
Slow down because you can't really enjoy much in life if are constantly moving in your mind, heart and soul. Life goes by fast enough all of it's own accord; it doesn't need any help from you.
