A big hello and thankyou all.
:D
I have been watching and learning from you all for the last year and with all the info and help have managed a decent first grow. Am now on week three of my second grow and realise the input and support of the community is invaluable. Im very old school and low tech using T8 flourescents and garden centre stuff but have upgraded to smart pots and a bottle of bloom nutes for my second grow. So much still to learn and want to share the journey with anyone who wants to give me the benefit of their experience and friendship. will post photos and more details when I can.

Thanks for the welcome
Been thinking of starting a journal, it would help me be more cosistant as well as solving the problem of remembering what I did last time and therefore how to improve.

:rollit:
good idea..

It will almost be a shame when it comes to the chop.
Wish I couuld do outdoors here but a bit dodgy
legal in Canada to grow 4 plants.. per house...
trying to say the plants by keeping rain off rain will break em now... to much weight..

Sorry still getting the hang of navigating the Site. My version of scrog with 2 x northern lights auto.

Nice, neat garden. Back in the 1990s, the guy who popularized (and named) the SCROG style of growing ran a double-decker setup, since you could do that with low-height, low-wattage, fluorescent SCROG setups. A lot of us did, until we could afford HID lighting. It was a way to get comparable yields from the same area. A lot more work, though ;) .

Legal to grow 12 plants per house here in Mass we win again!

Six if there's only one adult in the residence. And you can only have 10 ounces in your home. Plus one ounce "on you," so that's a loophole which might allow you to actually posses slightly more. But 12 - or even 6 - plants and only 10 ounces in storage... it's like they're saying you have to grow small plants, lol.

That's according to:

Canada, though... No Limits for possession at home in: Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Prince Edward Island. In British Columbia, the limit is a kilogram (just over 35.25 ounces). But you have Nunavut and Quebec beat, they are only allowed to have 150 grams at home.

Those Canadian statistics come (AfaIK) from a non-governmental website and may not be up to date, IDK. But... Even though it's legal countrywide to grow cannabis there, they still cannot agree on possession limits. They're not as screwed up as their neighbors to the south, of course. But it's crazy how you can move from one jurisdiction to another within a country - which, technically, could even be from one piece of property to another adjoining piece of property! - and suddenly be breaking the law.
