Head shop?

I've been thinking a lot lately about opening a head shop, I'm 19 and live in a Minining town that has a lot of money coming into it, we're currently increased traffic 500% in two years. The town is booming with money and people and the majority smoke and I know for a fact. The Only shop we have now is currently a half
Hour away, in another province with different laws (qeubec) and its not that great. It's plastic bongs and one hitters I have a huge interest in doing this and I probably will do it one day.

Anyone have any tips or any input at all really? I do have friends that wanna co own this.

With the industry exploding anything cannabis related will do pretty well as long as you keep tight controls on the money. My local head shop only a mile from home in a small town does very well. They keep increasing their pipe selection till its almost half of their sales.
