Have a two week old seedling that is short and bushy

Can anyone help me! This plant is two weeks old running under a 300 watt led,watered every two to three days. It does not seem to be growing much

needs a bigger pot like 5 gal. and don't water but every 7-10 days keep the light 18 away

I do not have a 5 gallon as of now...I put it in a 1 gallon tonight. I also gave her some fertilizer in her water around a cup or more. What amount of water would you use?
