Hi all, I’m on my second grow and coming to the end of the 4th week of flower and I’ve noticed one of my plants has got what looks to me like pollen sacks (pictures attached) and has hermied! 
i need a professional opinion though.. I have 2 other girls growing next to it so I need to know what to do or what can be done.. do I just get rid of it ASAP before it pollinates the others or is it salvageable at all... thanks in advance!
