Pineapple Express 2" tall she is on day 21 veg, when she popped she had a helmet head. humidity avrage 50% to 60% temp 68° to 64° lights were 18" above. She has stunted growth compared to her sisters. If anyone can help really appreciate it. I hope I'm just overreacting on worrying about it. Thanks

As long as the plant grows fine after the knot it is no big deal. It will catch up when it comes to budding.
